Basic Aerials
This class is an introduction to the Aerial arts. The fundamental strength and skills needed for aerial work will be developed as you progress through the class. We will work on all types of apparatus to understand the strengths and differences between them. This is an ongoing class, drop in rate is $30 per class, 5 class package is $125
